Material Certificates
The Certificates of Conformity for Machined Products, commonly known as CCPU.
These material certificates are essential documents that certify the compliance of the materials used in industrial manufacturing. They ensure that raw materials meet the highest quality and safety standards.
With CCPU, you can be confident that the products you purchase comply with regulatory requirements and are made from reliable, high-quality materials.
THERSANE can provide CCPU 3.1, 2.2 & 2.1.
Material certificate requests must be made before placing an order. Depending on the request, additional costs may apply.
Product Traceability & Heat Numbers
At THERSANE, we track the traceability of our products with heat numbers.
This tracking process begins with receipt from our suppliers and continues right through to final shipment to our customers.
Thanks to this approach, we are able to identify customers who have specific products in their possession, enabling us to issue recalls if necessary.
In this way, we guarantee the safety and satisfaction of our customers by ensuring that our products always meet the highest quality standards.

What are control documents?
Control documents are documents supplied by a producer to a purchaser in accordance with the order specifications when the corresponding steel products are delivered.
The control documents are validated by a responsible person of the producer and in some cases also by a representative of the purchaser or by the inspector designated by official regulations.
Inspection documents are stored and transmitted in paper or electronic form.
Where a quality management system has been set up at the producer's premises, inspection documents are a natural part of it.
